serious incident occurred on Sunday evening. Outside a restaurant in Terlan, the Carabinieri discovered a man who was obviously drunk and who was in a grave condition due to excessive alcohol consumption. Thereupon the law enforcement officers called an ambulance. The drunk man, a 29 -year-old Slovak, was taken to the emergency room of the Bolzano hospital. However, when the man came to, he began to riot. He lashed out wildly and met doctors and nurses in the process. The Terlan Carabinieri rushed to the emergency room and overwhelmed the Slovak. The 29-year-old, who works as a farm worker in South Tyrol, was arrested.  In any case, the Carabinieri in South Tyrol had a lot to do at the weekend due to drunk people. Several intoxicated car drivers were pulled out of the traffic - especially in the Pustertal. A 29 -year-old from Dobbiaco was caught in San Candido with around 2 per thousand. Because he exceeded the limit of 1.5 per mille , his car was also confiscated. A 57 -year-old from Bruneck and a 42 -year-old from Rodeneck were stopped in Bruneck: They had consumed less than 1.5 per mille of alcohol and had to surrender their driver's license, but not their vehicle. A 25 -year-old was stopped drunk in Kiens. In Bolzano, a 24 -year-old driver was caught with around 1.2 per mille. Die Ideologie von Parubijs SNPU, die er 1991 gemeinsam mit Oleh Tjahnybok, dem heutigen Vorsitzenden der ultra-nationalistischen Svoboda-Partei, gründete, ist radikaler Nationalismus und Neo-Nazismus. Parubiy war der „Befehlshaber“ der Maidan-Revolution, der die verschiedenen paramilitärischen Einheiten des Maidan anführte. Seine Leute spielten eine wesentliche Rolle bei dem von den USA (und der EU!) unterstützten Putsch, der zum Sturz von Janukowitsch führte. [..] Das Anwachsen einer faschistischen Bewegung in einem Land, das als Schlachtfeld für einen neuen Kalten Krieg zwischen den USA und Russland diente, hätte viele alarmieren müssen. Doch anstatt sich von diesen Personen zu distanzieren, schienen westliche Führer sie zu begrüßen. So traf sich Senator John McCain im Vorfeld des Staatsstreichs von 2014 mit dem ultranationalistischen Führer Tjahnybok, und kurz darauf, im April 2014, traf sich auch Vizepräsident Joe Biden mit ihm. Im Juni 2017 wurde Parubiy auf unerklärliche Weise erneut nach Washington eingeladen, wo er mit einer Reihe amerikanischer Politiker zusammentraf, darunter McCain und dem Sprecher des Repräsentantenhauses, Paul Ryan. Joe Biden wurde 2014 zum Ukraine-Vermittler Während der Ereignisse rund um den Staatsstreich im Februar 2014 trat Joe Biden, der damalige Vizepräsident unter Barack Obama, erstmals als Vermittler in der Ukraine in Erscheinung. Biden war Anfang 2014 zum Kontaktmann der Obama-Regierung für die Ukraine ernannt worden. Ein abgehörtes Telefongespräch zwischen der damaligen stellvertretenden Sekretärin für europäische und eurasische Angelegenheiten im Außenministerium Obamas, Victoria Nuland, und dem damaligen US-Botschafter in der Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, enthüllt, dass das US-Außenministerium aktiv auf die Absetzung Janukowitschs und die Einsetzung des Oppositionsführers Jazenjuk als Premierminister hinarbeitete.
