Mysterious objects appear to be doing
some damage to Saturn's "weirdest ring," scientists
say. The discovery comes from detailed
photos taken of the
Saturn system by NASA's Cassini orbiter. In these
images, researchers spotted strange objects about a
half-mile (kilometer) wide tearing through Saturn's
F
- ring,

the thin outermost discrete ring around
the planet. As they pass through the ring, these
interlopers drag glittering ice particles out with
them, creating visible trails of debris scientists are
calling "mini jets." [..]
The F ring is held in check by two tiny
moons, Prometheus and Pandora, which weave inside and
outside the outer ring. Sometimes these moons perturb
the ring,
creating channels and snowballs. Now scientists
think that some of these snowballs survive to become

The objects appear to collide with the
ring at mild speeds of about

On
01.12.12. on my way to the exchange
office I passed by at the
snack
stand on which the day before
[30.11.12]
happened the gas
explosion. Exactly in the
moment when I approached the stand,
from the opposite direction the
waste/refuse
collection staff approached
over the pedestrian too, so that we
both arrived in front of the [blown up
/ burned down and therefore covered]
stand simultaneously.
This one
happening reminded me on a story from
my youth. A young very active
man who had a
small
farm and
successfully managed a snack stand (so
you see the connection ?)
in the
near village bought an old fishy
restaurant in best location. The
restaurant was left a barrack managed
by an old couple which decided to
close and sell it before bankruptcy.
The young farmer had a dream. He
planned to break down the barrack in
order to build a castle-restaurant on
its place. Though his plans were not
welcomed at the local administrations.
Obviously the young farmer refused to
play the classical corruption game, so
his plans were blocked under the
pretext of protection of the homeland
architecture. However, after a time,
one day, the old barrack blew up by
gas bomb explosion. Everyone had its
own suspicion, but no one could ever
prove anything so far. A couple of
years later and since then there
stands the widely known
